1.1 Basis of Agreement

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on 75 bd. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed immediately and the balances and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same home address or the same device may require additional verification.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely accurate and your own. 75 bd reserves the right to cancel any account registered using false or another person's information.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. This process may involve submitting a copy of your national ID or passport, as well as proof of address. Certain services may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Age Requirement

No person under the age of 21 may register or transact on the 75 bd platform. If age is found to be below 21 during verification, all funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Access to 75 bd's services may be restricted or prohibited from certain regions or countries. It is entirely the member's responsibility to check the laws of their own region before using the service.

3.3 Involvement of Multiple Persons

75 bd staff may not take part in operating any account or making any betting decisions. Similarly, close relatives of any staff member may also face restrictions when operating their own accounts.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 75 bd is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other national commercial banks). Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before withdrawing from deposited funds, the deposited amount must have been placed as a bet at least once. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of receipt. In special circumstances requiring verification or security checks, this time may be longer.

Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on 75 bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected, 75 bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend that transaction and conduct further investigation without providing any explanation. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, action will be taken in accordance with the law.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the bonus description.
• Wagering requirements are met through returns from bets placed using bonus funds.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• 75 bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP program members will receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver level, 0.6% at Gold level, and 0.8% at Platinum level. VIP tier upgrades depend on regular playing patterns and activity.

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds given before a match starts in sports betting may change. In live betting, the odds at the time of placing the bet are final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any irregularity in a game result occurs due to a software error, network disconnection, or technical issue, 75 bd reserves the right to void that round or bet and return the stake.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

Live casino and slot games are operated by third-party software providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. These games have their own rules and RTP, which can be viewed within the game interface.

6.4 Bet Limits

7.2 Code of Conduct

8.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact support via live chat or email. Any balance eligible for withdrawal will be returned before the account is closed, but bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 75 bd

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A minimum monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account, which will stop once the balance reaches zero.

While 75 bd strives to provide the highest quality of service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. 75 bd will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses in such situations.

9.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Every betting or game decision is entirely the member's own. 75 bd does not provide betting advice and does not guarantee any specific outcome. Wins and losses are entirely the member's personal responsibility.

9.3 Accuracy of Information

Odds, statistics, or information displayed on the site are for informational purposes and are not trading or investment advice.
